As long as the testing is performed at an affilated patient service center location, DirectHealth can be billed for the charges and the employee does not need to pay anything for the lab testing. The sponsoring insurance plan is then billed at the DirectHealth negotiated lab test rate - often 40-75% off network-negotiated pricing.

DirectHealth Mall Benefits Portal

With long-standing success with our Laboratory Benefit Program, Medova Healthcare has expanded the DirectHealth offering to include a new membership-based benefits portal, DirectHealth Mall, which opens our lab savings up to a broader group of healthcare consumers. Members can access the benefits portal by joining as a consumer-direct member or registering as an employee member using a Group ID code that is provided by their sponsoring employer. 

The Mall offers discount lab packages, which have been designed by our physician team to offer members the greatest value when it comes to preventative and wellness monitoring. Lab tests are ordered in basic, standard and premium groupings and package discounts are applied to the already discounted test pricing to give members between 40-70% off, as compared to retail or network allowable costs.
